The firm was founded in order to serve as outside counsel to privately held companies. Some of these companies are either too small or do not desire to employ in-house counsel full time. We assist larger companies who do not have full time in-house counsel or whose in-house counsel is overburdened. Since its establishment in 2002, the firm has built upon its experience and grown by providing similar value added legal services to a multitude of companies in many different industries.
This firm has over 20 years experience focusing exclusively on business and corporate law issues. More specifically, we counsel many companies that contract with the federal government and large prime contractors. The firm has successfully completed countless major contracting transactions with foreign and domestic governments and commercial clients worldwide.
For many clients we represent the business itself, however, we also represent business owners, shareholders, members, and employees, individually.
Our goal is to give our clients affordable and responsive counsel. We seek to make our services available to all businesses. Since the firm does not handle litigation matters, the attorneys are available at the firm’s office and clients will often be able to speak directly to an attorney when they call.
