PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Jennifer Taylor is an Associate at the Law Office of Robert G. Bruechert. Her legal expertise focuses on general business and transactional law. She assists businesses with a wide range of legal issues including corporate formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
Jennifer received a Juris Doctorate at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northern Arizona University. During law school Jennifer was a Dean’s List recipient and member of the Journal of International Law and Business. Jennifer is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer acted as in house counsel for a multi-million dollar construction management, engineering, and architecture firm where she was responsible for corporate governance/regulatory compliance and drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including subcontractor/subconsultant agreements, joint venture agreements, and teaming agreements for large scale construction and design projects.
Before becoming an attorney Jennifer was a paralegal working in the legal field in Flagstaff, Arizona and Tucson, Arizona since 2007 for a law firm concentrating in personal injury, product liability, and premises liability and for The Office of the Arizona Attorney General, Child and Family Protection Division.
